Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on bdtop, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and your own — creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited. Each individual may only open one account — creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account termination. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential and not share them with any third party. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
Bdtop supports transactions via popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh such as bKash and Nagad. All deposit and withdrawal requests may require a set processing time and, where applicable, verification may be required. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding the use of the platform will first be addressed through our support team. If the matter cannot be resolved through the support channel, it will be settled in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In all disputes, the decision of bdtop shall be considered final, without prejudice to the user's legal rights. It is recommended that any dispute-related complaints be submitted in writing.
